Since 2020, Cardinal Impact Advisors has helped high-profile partners secure and deploy nearly $400 million for critical projects like health clinics, affordable housing, and Native community initiatives. As the organization’s client roster and team expanded, it outgrew the two-page flyer that had functionally served as its only marketing tool.

To expand the company’s reach by building a strong brand and digital presence, showcasing a successful track record and technical expertise.
Strategy & Execution:
As a first step, Cardinal Impact Advisors invested in establishing a professional brand identity, including a new website and logo. These tools were designed to establish brand recognition and differentiate the organization within the competitive field of community development finance.
Our work began with a series of content development working sessions and design sprints, collaboratively shaping a website framework, copy, and stylistic direction. From there, we worked iteratively to move from a selection of possible website and logo designs to a final brand package.
